What you need
To register for an online iCORI account, you must create a MyMassGov account. If you already have a MyMassGov account, you may log in to the iCORI system using those credentials.
- To use the iCORI system you must review the terms and conditions and iCORI training documents.
- You must follow the identity verification steps once logged in.

How to request
Individuals must create a MyMassGov Personal account and follow the identity verification steps..
DCJIS also accepts paper CORI requests from individuals that are not able to complete the electronic CORI process through the iCORI service. Please visit the forms page to access the correct form for your request
- This includes attorney requests for clients who do not have a Massachusetts drivers license or I.D. card.
