What you need

If you receive homeland security funds, you are responsible for protecting and preserving Massachusetts's history, culture, and environment. You must request an Environmental Planning and Historic Preservation (EHP) review if your project or initiative entails: (1) Installing internal or external communications or surveillance equipment; (2) Digging or otherwise disturbing the ground, constructing or renovating a building, site, or fence; and/or (3) Training and exercise activities.
