A&F IT drives the Administration and Finance Secretariat’s technology strategy. We work closely with our partner agencies to implement secure and efficient technical solutions in support of their business needs.

About A&F IT

A&F IT provides end to end support for applications and acts as the liaison between the agencies and the Executive Office of Technology Services and Security (EOTSS) who provides infrastructure, network, data center and deskside support services for the Executive Branch. A&F IT continues to support infrastructure, network, data center for the Department of Revenue.  

Our responsibilities include:  

  • Set and drive a technology strategy for the A&F secretariat  

  • Support the technology needs of partner agencies and their constituents  

  • Work with EOTSS to ensure the continuity of A&F’s technology operations  

  • Develop new technology projects to better serve agencies and constituents  

  • Create and support the Executive Office and partner agency web presence  

Our Team

Our team includes 224 FTEs and is comprised of the following groups: 

  • Secretariat Chief Information Officer (SCIO): The SCIO develops, plans, and implements an information technology (IT) strategy that meets A&F’s business needs, delivers optimal return on investment, and maintains utmost security  
  • Deputy Secretariat Chief Information Officer(s) and team(s): These teams are charged with partnering with every A&F agency to develop the information technology strategic plan to achieve business goals. Oversight includes application development support, infrastructure/cloud, network/telephony and data center services. This group is split into two teams:  
  1. DOR Support  
  2. All other agency support 
  • Chief Enterprise Services Officer and team: The Enterprise Services Group offers specific IT specialties such as, Analytics, Digital Engagement, Custom application development, and Training and Change Management. These services are available to all A&F agencies.  

  • Chief Information Security Officer and team: The Security Office oversees and implements Cybersecurity measures to mitigate cyber threats and risks.
