General instructions
The school, not the sales representative, must submit the completed license or renewal application to the Division of Occupational Licensure (DOL).
Application and renewal fee
All applicants must pay a non-refundable application fee of $1,000. You may pay the fee online at the end of the application process either by check or credit card. There is a convenience fee for payments.
Application Timeline
You have nine (9) months from the date of your initial application submission to complete your application for an occupational school sales representative. If your application remains incomplete after nine (9) months have elapsed from your date of submission, your application will be closed. After that time, to obtain a license as an occupational school sales representative, you must submit a new application to DOL and pay a new application fee.
Renewal Timeline
The eLIPSE platform will allow schools to begin submitting a renewal application 90 days before license expiration. Renewal applications are due 60 days before license expiration. If you submit a renewal application less than 60 days before license expiration, you will be assessed a late fee of $200, which will be added to your renewal fee.
