We recognize the need for equality in the workforce and apprentice programs.

Recruiting, selecting, employing, and training apprentices must be discrimination free, regardless of race, color, religious creed, age, national origin, military status, sex, sexual orientation, genetic information, disability, or ancestry. All are welcome.
