The Division of Apprentice Standards (DAS) is responsible for promoting, developing, and servicing registered apprenticeship programs in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Who we serve
Whether you’re an employer seeking to start an apprenticeship program, or a future apprentice seeking a hands-on path to a career, we’re here to help.
While we don’t conduct training or place apprentices directly, we monitor programs across the state to ensure apprentices have safe environments, fair compensation, and get the on-the-job training and education they need to succeed.
Our goal is always to connect diverse, equitable access to job opportunities in the Commonwealth.
