The Board of Registration in Pharmacy (Board) within the Department of Public Health (Department) promulgated emergency amendments to its regulations at 247 CMR 3.00, 6.00. 8.00 and 10.00.

The Board will hold a public hearing on the emergency amendments on February 14, 2025. The hearing will be a moderated conference call, see the hearing notice for more information.
