Overview
Regarding Boston Municipal Court filing fees:
- Payments on all fines, fees and assessments listed below are payable in the Clerk's Office.
- Payments may be made in cash or check, money order, or certified bank check (made payable to the Boston Municipal Court Department).
- Credit cards are accepted at most courts; however, you should confirm with your local court that credit card payments can be taken in person.
