Community One Stop for Growth Awards

Since its launch in 2021, the Community One Stop for Growth has distributed more than1,500 awards totaling more than $744 million in funding to support the housing and economic development growth goals of communities across Massachusetts.

Community Coverage

The Commonwealth has granted One Stop awards for projects in 306 of the 351 Massachusetts municipalities, covering 87% of the state. This includes awards in all 26 Gateway Cities and 158 of the state's 181 rural communities.
