0078 3005 31 (July 31, 2023) – The claimant was discharged from employment for giving a resignation notice.  As this was not misconduct, he was eligible for benefits pursuant to G.L. c. 151A § 25(e)(2).  However, starting from the date of his planned resignation, the claimant was ineligible for benefits under G.L. c. 151A § 25(e)(1).
