Q: What browser can I use to file an application in the new system? Are there any required plugins?
A: There are no known browser incompatibilities with this system. DCAMM staff has tested the portal in Chrome, Safari, and Firefox. There are no required plugins to access the portal. More information will be made available as the December launch date approaches.
Q: Has the application process changed? What will be required of my company when it applies in the new system?
A: Overall, the new application will remain very similar to the existing one. There are no new required document types. Some of the general performance/legal questions have been reworded, combined or reorganized. Completed/project in progress information will be entered on to a single spreadsheet and submitted to DCAMM with your application. All previous spreadsheet requirements are in effect on the new spreadsheet with regard to project totals and disclosures. Specifics of the application are subject to change, but the goal of this transition is to allow contractors to apply using the same information they have used in
previous years.
Q: My application is not due until a later date? Can I apply early?
A: No, we will close early applications and you will lose your application fee
