Debarment policy

During a period of debarment from state or federal public works projects where a sponsor is allowed to complete their previously awarded projects the sponsor will be allowed to maintain their apprentice program with their existing apprentices.

Debarment policy

The sponsor will not be allowed to register any new apprentices or extend the term of any currently registered apprentice during the debarment period. Once the debarment period is over the sponsor may contact the office to register any new apprentices. Consequently, any employer serving a debarment will not be allowed to apply for an apprentice program until the debarment is completed.
