On April 24, 2024, the U.S. Department of Justice published a final rule in the Federal Register that updates Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act. The final rule clarifies and specifies how Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act applies to digital content and digital services provided by state and local governments. Per the Enterprise Digital Accessibility Policystate agencies have until 4/26/27 to ensure all materials are ADA Compliant.  The Accessibility Center for Consulting, Education and Support Services (ACCESS) Team provides accessibility expertise and guidance to all state agencies and coordinates accessibility initiatives and training throughout the Commonwealth.
