Department of Higher Education (DHE)

Number of eligible students receiving MassGrant Plus 90% of all eligible students receive the full MassGrant Plus award.

 

Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE)

FY23 Metric FY23 Target
Early College and Innovation Pathways enrollment of low income students Increase percent of Early College low income enrollment from 59% to 66%. Increase percent of Innovation Pathways low income enrollment from 49% to 56%.

 

Department of Early Education and Care (EEC)

FY23 Metric FY23 Target
Increased Licensed Capacity of Early Education and Care Programs Increase the licensed capacity of the state's early education and care system to provide care for an additional 8,000 children across all program types, returning the Commonwealth’s system to its pre-COVID capacity.
