Get details and tips for your exam day.
Remember your first and last name must match the official ID you bring to the testing center. No ID = no test, plus another testing fee.
After the exam
Plan your next steps after you take the NCLEX.
Requesting NCLEX® administration accommodations
You may request reasonable accommodations to the NCLEX if you are qualified. You will need a:
- Report from a qualified diagnostician
- Written statement from your nursing program (not student services or office from students with accommodations)
- Completed NCLEX Applicants Requesting Test Accommodations Due to a Disability (PDF) | (DOCX) form
Important: Do not book a test date without seeing accommodations added to your Pearson Vue Registration.
