Overview
Payments on all fines, fees, and assessments listed below are payable in the Clerk's Office. Payments may be made in cash or check, money order, or certified bank check (made payable to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts). Credit cards are accepted at most courts, however, you should confirm with your local Housing Court that credit card payments can be taken in person.
