How to update information on your licensed program

EEC Licensing Data is maintained by your program's EEC Licensor, and comes from our regulatory database.

Licensing Data

EEC-licensed programs may make the following changes directly in the LEAD Provider Portal: 

• General Information:
  • Business Name, Type of care, Licensed Capacity
• License Information:
  • Licensed Since, Most Recently Renewed, EEC Regional Licensing Office, EEC Licensor
• Contact Information:
  • Providers: First Name, Last Name, Phone, Address, City, State, Zip Code

If you need to make any other changes related to your license, or are unable to login to the LEAD Portal, please contact your licensor.
