Worcester Regional Retirement System is seeking a qualified applicant for a full-time position, who will serve as a Member Services Representative. The annual compensation range is $45,000.00 -$50,000.00.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting members and retirees with questions and concerns pursuant to M.G.L., Ch. 32 o Calculating estimates and providing service charts to members as requested
- Calculating servlce purchases and contribution rate errors
- Processing monthly payroll data
- Participating in Board projects as needed
Skills:
- 1-2 years of experience working under the rules and regulations of M.G.L., C. 32
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent mathematical skills
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Working knowledge in MS Office and MS Excel
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Schedule:
- Office hours are Monday thru Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm — on location, no remote
Education:
High School Diploma Required
