MA Login Accounts for Current Members

Current MassHealth members under 65 must use an invitation code to connect their current benefits to their new MA Login Account. Current members should not fill out a new application.

Creating an MA Login Account

1. Find your invitation code

You can find your invitation code on your most recent MassHealth notice.

If you don’t have a recent notice, you can get help with MA Login by calling (844) 365-1841 or TDD/TTY 711. We will confirm your email address and send your invitation code via email with the subject line “Take Action: Enter your Health Connector account invitation code.” Check your spam or junk email folder if you do not see the email.

The email will also include a link to validate your code on the account sign in page labeled My Account. You will be redirected to the MA HIX webpage to create your account when you validate your invitation code.

Before you hit Continue, don’t forget to make sure that all of your information is correct.

Make sure to write down your username, password, and security question answers.

5. Confirm your email address!

Once you click the Continue button, check your email. You will need to confirm your email address before you can use your MA Login account. Check your spam or junk email folder if you do not see the email from MA Login.

6. Enter your confirmation code and click Next

7. Verify your email and enter your invitation code

On the Validate Invitation Code screen you need to enter your invitation code (if it isn’t already filled in) and your date of birth, then click Next.

8. View application details, report changes, and submit information

You will now be on the Eligibility Application screen where you can view your current application details, report changes to your current application, and submit any requested information.

Submitting a Renewal with your MA Login Account

Members must renew their coverage every year. If you receive a renewal notice in the mail, you can renew your coverage online.

Log into your MA Login account and select Complete Renewal on the My Eligibility page to start your renewal. Fill out all pages, electronically sign, then click Submit. You have submitted your renewal when you are returned to the My Eligibility page.

Reporting a Change with your MA Login Account

Update information for you and members of your household with your MA Login Account.

Log into your MA Login account. On the My Eligibility page, scroll over Actions and click on Edit Application to get started. Once you make your changes, you must continue all the way through the Review & Sign page and click Submit.

Remember, you need to update your information as soon as possible or within 10 days of the change.

I forgot my username or password.

If you have an account, but forgot your username or password, you can go to the account sign in page and select Forgot MA Login or Forgot Password. You will get an email from MA Login with information and instructions to get back into your account.

If you don’t have access to or don’t remember the email address you used to create your MA Login account, you can get help with MA Login by calling (844) 365-1841 or TDD/TTY: 711.

I am locked out of my MA Login account. What should I do?

You can reset your username and password. Select Forgot MA Login or Forgot Password on the account sign in page and follow the instructions. If you still can’t access your account, you can get help with MA Login by calling (844) 365-1841 or TDD/TTY: 711.
