Manufactured building program

The BBRS adopts the rules and regulations for manufactured buildings, manufactured building components and manufactured homes contained herein as 780 CMR 110.R3

780 CMR 110.R3, a part of the Massachusetts State Building Code, shall govern the design, manufacture, handling, storage, transportation, relocation, and installation of manufactured buildings, manufactured building components, and modular homes, and hereinafter referred to as product, intended for installation in the Commonwealth and/or manufactured in the Commonwealth for shipment to any other state in which such product and the labels thereon are accepted.
