What is MassAchieve?

MassAchieve is the Commonwealth of Massachusetts' learning management system that will provide access to required statewide and agency training for contracted employees across the Executive Department. For more information, you can watch this learner home tour: MassAchieve A Learner Tour

Is MassAchieve new?

Yes, MassAchieve is a new tool available for the statewide network of contract and partner employees as of April 21, 2023.  

Prior to MassAchieve, PACE (Performance and Career Enhancement) was the Commonwealth’s Learning Management System (LMS).  PACE is no longer being supported and will be taken offline once all contract/partner employees are in MassAchieve.

How do I log in?

You will receive a welcome email that contains important information regarding your account and your individual login information.

  1. Locate your individual welcome email sent from CSDIinfo@mass.gov with the subject, Welcome to MassAchieve - Commonwealth of MA Partners and identify the following information within the communication: Your assigned user ID and temporary password. (If you cannot locate the message in your inbox after performing a search with the sender’s name or subject line, please check your spam folder)
  2. Click on the following link: mass.csod.com
  3. Enter your username (assigned user ID) and temporary password.
  4. Confirm a new password that meets the system identified parameters, is only something you know, and is something you can remember.

What if I forgot or need to change my password?

Please use the ‘forgot password’ option on the MassAchieve login page

We ask that you do not use the MyPath@mass.gov email address listed on the login page.  All requests for password reset should go through the Forgot Username/Forgot Password links, or through your Agency Learning Administrator (see next question).

Who do I contact if I need login support for MassAchieve or have other technical issues?

Please contact your Learning Administrator for support. You can find your Administrator's contact information on this page under the section "Who is my MassAchieve Learning Administrator?" 

How do I get online help when I'm in MassAchieve?

Every page in MassAchieve features a help link, it is a question mark (" ? ") followed by the word "Help.". You can find this help link within the top right navigation menu (see the three horizontal bars.) and scroll down to see the help link located underneath "My Account".

I'm having issues launching an online course. What should I try first?

If you’re having an issue launching a course, it's possible that your web browser may be blocking it. If you launch a course and see in your browser address bar (at the top of your page that shows the URL of the page you are on) that there is a “pop-up blocked” icon, often a yellow or red triangle, please try clicking that icon and select the option to allow the pop-up. 

You can also try using a different browser like Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. 

Can I download login instructions to print?
