Massachusetts Caregiver Coalition

A public-private partnership of diverse business and worker advocates with a focus on elevating the needs of family caregivers as a talent attraction and retention strategy in Massachusetts.

The Massachusetts Caregiver Coalition is a partnership of leading employers, advocates, and government allies united by a shared commitment to supporting family caregivers in the workplace. We believe that every employer in Massachusetts has a role to play in recognizing, honoring, and empowering the caregivers in their workforce.

Our mission is to meet employers wherever they are on their journey to becoming more caregiver-friendly—whether they’re just beginning or already leading the way. We do this by illuminating the needs and economic impact of employee caregivers, sharing best practices across all industries and business sizes, championing supportive policies, and fostering a culture of inclusion and empathy for caregivers across every sector of the economy.
