Massachusetts Trial Court Probation Officer Exam Study Guide Instructions

Instructions that explain how to access the orientation and preparation guide for the 2025 Probation Officer Examination.

An orientation and preparation guide will be provided at no extra charge to all confirmed exam registrants through the I/O Solutions dashboard. Please be aware that neither I/O Solutions nor the Massachusetts Trial Court endorses or recommends any additional study guides.

How to Access the Study Guide

  1. Visit the I/O Solutions website.
  2. Click on “Account Login.”
  3. Enter the email address and password you used to register.
  4. After logging in, you’ll be directed to “My Account.”
  5. Find the study guide under “Purchased Online Products.”
  6. Click the “LST Study Guide – Online (Mass Trial Court)” button under “Download” to save the study guide to your mobile device or computer.
