MassHire logos

Logos for the MassHire Department of Career Services, MassHire Workforce Boards, and MassHire Career Centers.

As the primary graphic identity for MassHire, the logo must appear on all communications, including brochures, stationary, business cards, and websites. 

General logo guidelines:

  1. MassHire logos should be reproduced from high-resolution artwork.
  2. Be thoughtful about combining the logo with other graphic elements.
  3. Do not alter colors.
  4. Do not reproduce full color mark on color backgrounds.
  5. Do not use special effects such as drop shadows.
  6. Do not distort. Always maintain proper ratio.
  7. Do not reproduce as a tint or transparency.
  8. Do not rotate mark to use vertically.
  9. Do not configure the elements into a different logo.
  10. Do not alter the proportions of the logo typography.

Local area logos

Workforce Boards and Career Centers should use the MassHire logos with local area modifiers. Stacked and horizontal logos for each location are available for download below.

Examples of two full color MassHire logos
  • Full-color logo is the preferred version for print and digital communications
    • Print Color Profile: CMYK
    • Digital Color Profile: RGB
  • The stacked full-color logo is preferred, but the horizontal version is okay if space is limited.
  • High-resolution, editable files are available for download below.

  • Only use the reverse brand mark if the full-color version can't be used.
  • The text should always be white on a MassHire blue or MassHire green background.
  • Stacked and vertical options are available.

One-color logos

  • Only use the one-color logos if you can't use the full-color or reverse logos (for example, black and white advertisements or single-color promotional items).
  • The grayscale and black versions are preferred.
  • Only use the Masshire green version if necessary.

Space and size requirements

  • Space requirements: To ensure the integrity and visual impact of the logo, the appropriate “clear space” must be maintained on all sides. There should always be 1/2 the distance “x” between any part of the logo and any other page element or the edge of the page, where “x” is equal to the height of the well.
  • Size requirements: The logo must be resized proportionally and as a group (logomark, divider rule and logotype); therefore, measurements for all elements in the logo are relative to each other. The minimum size for the logo is 1 inch wide
