MCAD Accommodation Requests

Information on how to request a reasonable accommodation for filing or participating in an MCAD case.

The MCAD is committed to providing accessible services to all. If you require an accommodation to file a complaint of discrimination with the MCAD and/or you would like to submit an accommodation request for an active investigation at the Commission, please submit your request to the Commission's ADA Coordinator at MCAD.accommodations@mass.gov

If you require interpretation services to file a complaint, please inform the MCAD at least one week prior to your scheduled appointment by calling 617-994-6000 or emailing MCADIntakeSchedule@mass.gov. The Commission will provide all interpreters free of charge. The Commission does not allow individuals to bring or hire their own interpreters for MCAD appointments or sessions.
