Facilities covered by the EPA Medium Wastewater Treatment Facilities General Permit.

The effective date of the Massachusetts Medium Wastewater Treatment Facilities (MA MWWTF) Surface Water Discharge (SWD) General Permit (GP) is November 1, 2022. This permit covers facilities deemed eligible for coverage and authorized under the EPA Medium Wastewater Treatment Facilities General Permit (MWWTP GP), MAG590000, who have been likewise authorized under the MA MWWTF SWD GP. Below is a listing of the eligible facilities and the effective date of their authorization. A copy of the General Permit and the authorization form are also provided.
