Mobile Energy Storage Study

On August 9, 2018, An Act to Advance Clean Energy was signed into law. Section 22 of the Act required DOER to study the feasibility of mobile battery storage systems to respond to extreme weather events.

  • Self-mobile ESS may open substantial renewable energy transition pathways
