MTW Utility Allowance Schedule

A flat utility allowance schedule for use in MTW Section 8 rent calculations where a participant is responsible to pay for their own utility costs.

Tenant-based Units: Use the utility allowance for whichever is smaller, the size of the unit the family is leasing or the size allowed by their voucher.

Project-based Units: Apply the utility allowance for the unit size.
