New online portal for rental assistance participants

Applicants, tenants, and housing providers can now use RentCafe

The Massachusetts Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities (EOHLC) and its nine Regional Administering Agencies (RAAs) have launched a new online portal, RentCafe, for households and housing providers who participate in EOHLC's rental assistance programs. 

Applicants, tenants, and housing providers can use RentCafe to:

  • Update household information
  • Send documents
  • Complete required forms
  • Receive notices from EOHLC and RAAs
  • Express continued interest in remaining on the waitlist for a housing voucher (existing applicants only; EOHLC's waiting lists are currently closed)

You may have received a letter in the mail about RentCafe. EOHLC has partnered with AffordableHousing.com to assist with a statewide mailing and to provide call center support to help users register for the portal.
