The 2019 Northeast Area Legislative Breakfast is scheduled for February 7, 2019. The Legislative Breakfast provides the Department of Mental Health an opportunity to thank the Northeast Area legislative delegation for the support its members have given the Department's many programs and initiatives. This particular event will provide an opportunity to highlight the importance of Mental Health Services in assisting persons with mental illness in their recovery and fulfill their individual potential to live productive lives in the community.
