P2P - MassHire BizWorks - Business Engagement

The BizWorks program is designed specifically to connect all services that exist that can help a business throughout their "Business Cycle." This session addresses the issues regarding connecting all of the state services that can help businesses regardless of their needs. It explores the ways that continuous collaboration can strengthen relationships; it describes the tools and techniques that Business Service Representatives (BRS) can use to engage businesses in the Workforce Development System; and demonstrates a model for setting up and maintaining a network of collaboration and engagement opportunities, among businesses, state agency partners and MassHire Career Centers.
