Tool Kit  Peer to Peer/Technical Assistance and Training Grant (P2P/TAT)

The Peer to Peer/Technical Assistance and Training Grant (P2P/TAT) was designed to showcase innovative Massachusetts Workforce Development programs, projects and best practices. Funded by the US Department of Labor, the project offers specific training/technical assistance to other states and is delivered, on request, in a variety of ways including, but not limited to, in-person classroom training; video conferencing; conference calls; instructional videos; materials (handbooks/manuals), etc.

About P2P

Under the creative leadership of Rosemary Alexander, Director of Training for the MassHire Department of Career Services, Massachusetts Executive Office of Labor and Workforce Development, the P2P/TAT project has assisted hundreds of Workforce Development professionals – 49 individual projects involving 26 states - across the country to improve their administrative oversight and service delivery methods for job seekers, businesses, peers and partner agencies.  

This educational video series highlights five of the most frequently requested Massachusetts Workforce Development programs. Please note: This video series was filmed and produced prior to the Covid-19 Pandemic.
