Director
Alyson Dell Isola
Director Dell Isola has had a diverse career in government management and administration, specializing in communications. She holds a Master’s Degree in Media Arts from Emerson College and a Bachelor of Arts from Boston University. She has served in both municipal and state leadership roles throughout her career, including positions such as Director of Communications for the City of Everett, Assistant Director for the Essex County Sheriff’s Department and now as the Director of PSAP Operations for the State 911 Department, overseeing both the North Shore Regional 911 Center and the PSAP Operations Division 1 operation in Milford
Deputy Director
Kristina Morin
Deputy Director Morin brings over twenty years of dedicated service to the 911 profession. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and has earned the Center Manager Certification Program (CMCP) designation, reflecting her commitment to leadership and professional development within the field.
She began her career as a police dispatcher and steadily advanced through the ranks, serving as a Communications Training Officer (CTO), Supervisor, and ultimately Deputy Director at Nashoba Valley RECC. In 2018, she joined the state in her current role as Deputy Director, where she continues to apply her extensive experience and passion for public safety to support and enhance emergency communications across the region.
Operations Manager
Michael Gethin
Michael Gethin, CMCP, CCM, has more than 20 years of experience in public safety, starting his career in emergency medical services before moving into public safety communications. He is a graduate of the Fitch and Associates Communications Center Manager Course and the National Emergency Number Association’s Center Manager Certification Program. Michael holds multiple APCO International instructor certifications, serves on the Massachusetts Telecommunicator Emergency Response Taskforce (TERT), and is active on the boards of the Massachusetts Communications Supervisors Association (MCSA) and the Massachusetts Chapter of NENA (MassNENA). He has presented at both regional and national conferences and is dedicated to advancing training, leadership, and professional growth in the 911 community.
DIII
Francisco Gomes
Francisco Gomes began his career as a Dispatcher I with the State Police and has steadily advanced to his current role as Dispatcher III with State 911 POD 1 since 2018. He holds a degree in Criminal Justice from Mass Bay Community College (2006). Francisco supervises the supervisory staff, manages the Quality Assurance program, and developed and oversees the onboarding and training process. He is also responsible for scheduling, staffing, and ensuring continuing education compliance. Francisco is a member of SEIU Local 888.
