Resources for Addressing a Changing Landscape

Many non-profit organizations have expressed concerns over a changing and challenging landscape. Some charitable organizations report that funding and policy changes are limiting their ability to fulfill their missions and meet the needs of the populations they serve. Others are worried about their survival. Attorney General Andrea Joy Campbell understands these concerns and is working to support the non-profit sector with guidance and resources.

The Non-Profit Organizations/Public Charities Division is hosting a series of webinars designed to address the needs of the non-profit sector. We hope you will join us on:

Effective governance is a critical component of keeping a charitable organization strong and capable of navigating uncertain and challenging times. The Attorney General’s Guide for Board Members of Charitable Organizations provides information to assist board members with their responsibilities. 
 
Unprecedented financial challenges may pressure charitable organizations to consider a wide range of actions, including accessing endowment funds, modifying restrictions on institutional funds, selling or transferring their property, or even dissolving.
