Through the Agricultural Recruitment System (ARS), State Workforce Agencies (SWAs) can recruit and refer qualified U.S. workers from within a state and from other states when they anticipate that there are less temporary agricultural workers available than needed in the local area. The Agricultural Recruitment System helps agricultural employers meet temporary and seasonal labor needs by matching U.S. job seekers with agricultural jobs.
