Reporting

Providers are required to report information to DPH weekly about aggregate doses administered and doses on hand and complete disease follow-up reporting on each case.

Weekly aggregate data of doses administered and doses on hand is required by the federal government and will be collected through the request and reporting survey emailed to providers each Monday.

In addition, DPH is collecting information and tracking administration of TPOXX antiviral treatment for individuals with suspected or confirmed monkeypox virus in Massachusetts.

Please use the REDCap survey link below to enter information for every individual who receives or has received TPOXX treatment at your health facility. Use of the survey link is required every time a new individual entry is logged.
