Certified copies of birth, marriage and death records

In person: Fee
  • Payment by Cash, Check, or Money Order.
  • Processed immediately (in most cases).
  • A certified copy OR an official document stating that the requested record is not on file (Negative Statement).
 $20.00 per copy
By mail: Fee

Standard Mail Request:

  • Payment by Check or Money Order.
  • Processed and shipped within 15-20 business days of receipt of request.
  • A 10-year record search which includes one certified copy OR an official document stating that the requested record is not on file (Negative Statement).
 $32.00 per copy

Expedited Mail Request:

  • Payment by Check or Money Order.
  • Processed and shipped within 10 business days of receipt of request.
  • A 10-year record search which includes one certified copy OR an official document stating that the requested record is not on file (Negative Statement).
 $42.00 per copy
Online/Telephone (through VitalChek): Fee

Standard Online/Telephone Request:

  • $12.00 per order VitalChek fee is included in the first copy cost.
  • Payment via Master Card, Visa, AMEX, or Discover Card.
  • Processed/shipped within 10 business days (see delivery options below).
  • A 10-year record search which includes one certified copy OR an official document stating that the requested record is not on file (Negative Statement).

$54.00 first copy.
$42.00 each additional copy.
