Non-criminal justice agencies and organizations looking to access Criminal Offender Record Information (CORI) for a valid educational, scientific, or other purpose must request permission from the Department of Criminal Justice Information Services.

Non-criminal justice agencies and organizations looking to access Criminal Offender Record Information (CORI) for a valid educational, scientific, or other purpose must submit a Research Application Request to the Department of Criminal Justice Information Services. All requestors are subject to the requirements and restrictions of 803 CMR 8.00.
