Jury Duty Disqualification Information for Doctors

Have you been asked to provide a jury duty letter of disqualification for a patient? Learn about the guidelines for writing disqualification letters.

If your patient or a caretaker of your patient has been summoned for jury duty, you may be asked to provide a letter requesting a disqualification from jury service. The law provides guidelines to help you determine if the person is eligible to be disqualified.
