Upon entering the front door you will need to check-in with the security desk to let them know that you are here to visit with someone from DCF. The security officer will provide you with appropriate direction.

Parking   at DCF Central Office

It is easiest to get to 600 Washington by using public transportation. Take the T's Orange line to the Chinatown stop. This will drop you directly across the street from the building. Parking in the Washington St. area can be challenging. If you decide to drive and need to park your car you may find a meter on a nearby street, or you can choose to park in a paid lot. 

Services   at DCF Central Office

This is the DCF administrative headquarters. Direct services to children and families of the Commonwealth are not provided from this location. If you would like to report an incident of abuse or neglect, apply or inquire about services, or speak to a specific social worker, please contact your local DCF area office. A map and listing of these offices is available on our homepage.
