On March 17, 2025, ALL Incarcerated Individual visitation must be scheduled prior to arrival at the facility. Starting Monday March 17, 2025, appointments can be made Monday thru Friday, 8am – 4pm excluding holidays.
To schedule an appointment, your visitor may do so by contacting the facility at (978) 630-6000 at ext 201. A 24-hour notice is required. Visitors shall be onsite no more than 30 minutes prior to their appointment and report to the lobby.

B.A.U. visits are non-contact, 1 hour sessions, and need to be scheduled 24 hours in advance by calling the facility at 978-630-6000 at ext. 328 or 329.
Parking at North Central Correctional Institution
All vehicles on state property are subject to search and must be locked while unattended. Handicapped parking is available and all vehicles parked in these spaces must have a handicapped vehicle placard.
