On September 24, 2024, Chapter 214 of the Acts of 2024 was signed into law by Governor Healey, unlocking up to $750 million in resources to pursue federal funds. The legislation also allocates $50 million for grants, loans, and other financial assistance, and $12 million for technical assistance for local governments and tribes.
