The Massachusetts Department of Transportation is conducting a planning study of the Route 18 corridor between Elm Street and Coggeshall Street.
The study will identify improvements to address access, connectivity, and mobility challenges faced by all users of the corridor, including pedestrians, bicycles, transit, and motorists. It will consider access to the new South Coast Rail Station and waterfront, and economic development opportunities.
