All 1099G forms for 2019 have been mailed. You can obtain a copy of your 1099G Form by logging into your account here.
If you have not received a copy of your 1099G Form by February 8, 2020 and you do not have access to your account, you can request a copy by calling our automated hotline at (617) 626-5647.

DUA oversees the unemployment insurance (UI) program, which provides temporary income assistance to eligible workers in Massachusetts. DUA also determines and collects employer contributions to the UI program.
