Notice is hereby provided that in accordance with G.L. c. 30A, § 2, the Alcoholic Beverages Control Commission (“Commission”) will convene a public hearing for purposes of gathering comments, ideas, and information relative to a proposed amendment to 204 CMR. The proposal is developed pursuant to G.L. c. 138, § 24, the Commission’s regulatory promulgation authority.
The proposal is an amendment to the following section:
204 CMR 2.08: Inducements. This amendment will prohibit the receipt of inducements by any licensee.
The public hearing will be held at the following time and location:

Anybody wishing to offer comment on the draft regulation may appear at the public hearing at the designated date and time or submit written comments. Comments must be received by Wednesday, November 13, 2019, at 11:00 am.
