Youth Leadership Summit to Focus on Building Healthy Relationships

415 Summer St, Boston, MA 02210 — We're excited to announce the Healthy Youth Summit, which will take place on April 29, 2025, and will bring together high school students from all over the state! This is a fantastic opportunity for high school students to learn more about cultivating healthy relationships and developing community leadership skills. Plus, we’re thrilled to share that Lieutenant Governor Kim Driscoll will be speaking at the summit!

The event aims to equip high school students with practical tools for healthy relationships with their peers, family members, and the broader community.

"We're focusing on supporting young people to not only build healthy relationships in their own lives but to become positive influences in their communities," said Vilma Uribe, Executive Director of the Governor’s Council to Address Sexual Assault, Domestic Violence, and Human Trafficking.

Attendees will participate in an exclusive panel discussion, during which the Lieutenant Governor and Massachusetts athletes will share insights on teamwork, respect, and overcoming interpersonal challenges. The summit will also offer specialized workshops exploring various aspects of healthy relationships, allowing students to choose topics most relevant to their interests and needs.

A resource fair at the event will connect students with local organizations providing youth support services, ensuring participants have access to ongoing resources after the summit concludes.

School administrators and youth leaders who wish to attend should RSVP by April 10, 2025. Registration is available through separate online forms for students and school chaperones.
