Massachusetts State House, Great Hall of Flags and on Zoom — Join us for our National Disability Employment Awareness Month Celebration on Wednesday, October 7, 2026, from 11am to 1pm at the Massachusetts State House in the Great Hall of Flags.

This celebration brings together individuals with disabilities, employers, direct support professionals, policymakers, advocates, state agencies, and community partners from across the Commonwealth. Together, we will recognize employees with disabilities, celebrate employers committed to building inclusive workplaces, and honor direct support workers and legislative champions whose contributions continue to advance access, opportunity, and inclusion.

Following the celebration, we will continue the conversation with an afternoon panel focused on artificial intelligence, disability, and the future of work. The panel will explore the opportunities, challenges, and questions ahead as technology continues to change the way we live and work, while ensuring people with disabilities are part of shaping that future. Additional details coming soon.
