BOSTON — Massachusetts Attorney General Andrea Joy Campbell today issued the following statement following Ava Callendar Concepcion’s resignation from the Cannabis Control Commission.
"Commissioner Concepcion has dedicated her career to social justice and brought a wealth of experience in public safety, equity and opportunity to her nearly five years on the Cannabis Control Commission,” said AG Campbell. “I am grateful to Commissioner Concepcion for her public service and wish her and her family the very best as she embarks on the next chapter."
Concepcion was appointed to the public safety seat of the Cannabis Control Commission in 2021.
