BOSTONAlcoholic Beverages Control Commission - GoPuff hearing violation

The Alcoholic Beverages Control Commission (ABCC) found that two of GO Puff licensees (GB LL Holdings- package store & GB Logistics LLC- delivery) violated M.G.L. Ch.138 & 34 sale or delivery of an alcoholic beverage to a person under twenty-one (21) years of age (19 counts).

Therefore, the Commission revoked the license of Go Puff effective immediately. Please see attached the Commission’s decision.

A Statement From State Treasurer Deborah B. Goldberg, Who Oversees The ABCC.

I want to commend the ABCC team for their diligent work on this case. We are committed to stopping underage drinking and its devastating consequences. To prevent these situations, we outreach and educate young people and their families, as well as proactively ensure compliance across the state.
