News  Coming Soon! In an effort to make the online system more customer friendly, the Department of Unemployment Assistance will be updating the weekly certification questions for claimants.

No action is needed at this time. Once the updates have been made, claimants will need to certify for weekly benefits answering the new questions. Access to UI Online and TeleCert will not change.
